It provides resources to help students address issues in the areas of exam anxiety, sports performance, ADHD, depression, self-improvement, and sleep. Studies have shown that with meditation, mindfulness practices, motivational talks, and other tools you can train your mind to be still. The more still the mind is, the less we experience stress and anxiety and thus improve our performance in life.
